1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment and order confirmation.

Orders may take longer to process during peak seasons, promotional events, or due to high order volume.

Once an order is processed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
2. Domestic (U.S.) Shipping

We offer standard tracked shipping across the United States.

Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed, as carrier delays may occur due to weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Essential Cabin is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, natural disasters, labor strikes, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.
3. International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide. International orders typically take 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

Customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other applicable charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase or shipping price.

Essential Cabin is not liable for packages held, delayed, or rejected by customs authorities in the destination country.
4. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after shipment.

If tracking indicates your package was “delivered,” Essential Cabin is not responsible for stolen, misplaced, or uncollected items.
5. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

Essential Cabin is not liable for any lost, damaged, or delayed shipments once an order is in the possession of the carrier.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence, and we will assist in filing a carrier claim.

6. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping information is complete and accurate.

Orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.
